ZaunEkko is a set of independent sites. Each has a clear responsibility, and none stands in for another.
The six sites
| Site | Responsible for | Not responsible for |
|---|---|---|
| Portal | Public entry point, cross-site navigation, brief status | Does not handle sign-in, and shows no site's admin content |
| Account | Single identity, sign-in and authorisation, tier, point balance and ledger | Manages no content; does not decide what you may access on other sites |
| ZaunEkko's Blog | Articles, micro-posts, comments, creator capabilities | Runs no account system of its own — identity always comes from Account |
| API Marketplace | Service catalog, exact versions, calls and settlement | Is not the identity centre, and does not own the point balance |
| Status | Current availability of API Platform, Account API and public Providers | Does not explain why something broke, and does not touch your account data |
| Docs | Site guides, developer documentation and integration instructions | Does not maintain live runtime status |
One account, every site
Account is the only source of identity. Wherever you see "sign in", it ends up at Account and then returns you to the site you started from.
No site runs its own password system. If a page asks you for a password separate from your Account one, that is not normal — do not enter it.
Points span the sites
Point balances, reservations and the ledger are all held by Account. Calling a service on API Marketplace spends points, and the record of that spend lands in the same Account ledger.
Points cannot currently be topped up or withdrawn. They circulate inside the platform: whoever provides a service earns them, whoever calls one spends them.
Where status lives
This site covers what you can do and how to do it. For current availability, visit ZaunEkko Status; it answers whether something works, not why.
